if the lights go out....
The LED light strips which we use are rated for 50,000 hours of use. They should last for many decades. But when they finally do go out, we've got you covered. We will replace, at no charge, the LED strips in any Obobo Woodworks lighting piece, no matter the age. You pay for the shipping and we will fix the lighting.
if the woods cracks as it ages...
Your lighting piece is made from hardwoods which have been dried/cured, and all of the cracks which form have been meticulously filled with resin or CA glue. The wood should not crack any further, but if it somehow does we will fix or replace your lighting at no charge. You pay for the shipping and we will fix or replace the lighting.
if there are any manufacturing defects...
We spend countless hours working on each piece and have a high standard which each piece must live up to. But should there be anything about the quality which you are not happy with, whether it's something that you notice right away or something which emerges over time, we will fix or replace the work at no charge. You pay for the shipping and we will fix or replace the lighting.
if you just don't love it as much as you thought you would...
Online shopping can be difficult. Sometimes the size, or shades of colour, or feel of something just isn't quite what you expected. Maybe you still love it, but it doesn't fit in your space. If you contact us within 30 days of receiving your lighting, and let us know you would like to exchange it for another, we will let you exchange it for any available piece (now or later) at no charge (unless the price is different at which point you will either be charged or refunded the difference). You pay for the shipping and we will replace the lighting.
