Payments

We offer over a dozen payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you be due a refund it will be made via the payment method you originally used.

Delivery

We currently have options for shipping to Canada and the US (more coming), and have a pickup option for customers in the Hamilton area (you will receive an email to set-up a time/location). Shipped orders typically go out within 3-4 days.
